Emails only print in B&W

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC
Email Client: pop

A few weeks ago any email copy I received that had fonts in colors stopped printing in color and will now only print in B&W. Printer prints any other document in color just fine.

Double-check the preferences in Entourage. It sure prints in color for
me.

Unfortunately there are no preferences in the Entourage set that have anything to do with printing.
The more I think about this the more I believe it happened when I installed the last MS Office 2004 upgrade, 11.5.2

Are you sure that when you print from Entourage, the "Preset" showing in the
dialog box is one that includes color?
