Emails print in wrong orientation

J

Joe Carson

I have a problem where certain emails, when printed,
despite printer settings seem to have a mind of their own
on whether they come out in portrait or landscape print.
Noone else in the office seems to have this problem, even
with the same emails. Is there a setting or something
wrong somewhere that I should take a look at ?

Thank you

Is this to the same printer as well? Remove the printer via the Control
Panel and then add it again.

I'm kind of having the same problem Joe did, but it's not
just with one printer. When the emails are printed, it
prints out like it's printing in columns and everything is
pushed to the right side of the page. I went into page
setup and tried messing with the margins, but that didn't
seem to work. And it's not with every email either. I
noticed you suggested to remove the printer and re-add,
but I am not able to do that since my printers are on a
network. Is there anything else you can think of that
might resolve this problem?

Thanks,

Kat
