emails sent but not received

any email sent from outlook are no longer being received by the recipient.
email addresses are correct.

the email goes from the outbox but are not received at the other end.

no error message received.

i am able to receive emails

any ideas?

any ideas?

Have the recipient use the webmail interface to their account. Could be
rules, filters, or other software or its configuration that is
preventing the recipient from getting or seeing your mails. Have the
recipient also check the Junk/Bulk folder, or temporarily disable their
server-side spam filter when using the webmail interface. You can't do
anything after your mail server accepts your mail to send it elsewhere.
If you never get an NDR (non-delivery report) from your mail server or
from their mail server, there were no errors in delivery so the problem
is on the recipient's end.
