Emails stuck in Outbox (Outlook 2007, Vista)

Hi,

One of my clients is having this unique problem that I cannot solve.
Basically, they are using my plugin to send out emails, however, some
of their emails get stuck in the "outbox" in their Outlook and it
never leaves this folder. The strange part is that the email actually
goes out to the recipient. I have other clients using the same plugin
but are not experiencing this problem. I was wondering if anyone has
seen this before? Because it's only happening on one particular
client.. can I assume it's a network issue? or a user profile issue?

Anyone's help is much appreciated.

Is it displayed as unsent in the Outlook folder after the receipient
receives it?

It sounds like some other application is messing with the items in Outbox,
although that usually aborts the message transport and leaves the item in
Outbox and unsent.

See what else they're running that interacts with Outlook (addins, synch
software, etc.) and turn all of that off and see if the problem goes away.
If it does re-enable one at a time until the problem recurs and you know the
culprit.

Hi Dmitry,

I'm not if the message is shown as italiced. I will have to ask the
client again. However, I did ask the client to try to resend the
email that was stuck in the outbox and he was unable to do so.

How does "unable" manifest itself? Does he get an error when he clicks Send?
Or nothing happens?
