Emails to multiple computers

We use 3 home computers and Comcast.net as our ISP. When opening email with
Outlook, only the first computer/Outlook downloads the emails. They do not
download to the other 2. I'm told that Outlook needs to be set to keep the
emails on the Comcast server. Cannot find the setting under Tools or
elsewhere.
Help, anyone. Thanks.

Tools>Accounts>Modify.............
But the the rest might depend on version of Outllook
