Emails will not delete from server

I have an email address from a web site that I host on Go Daddy. I have set
up the account in Outlook 2003 with “Leave a copy of messages on serverâ€
Unchecked. However, the messages still remain on the Go Daddy server. I have
discussed this with Go Daddy and they insist that this is an outlook issue
and not a Go Daddy issue. I don’t know what else to do.
