emails won't send in Vista Business

Using Windows Vista and sending to new recipients (from address book) the
administrator returns the mail with the mess. "that domain isn't on my list
of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)?

The actual explanation of error 5.7.1 is as follows:
Permissions problem. For some reason the sender is not allowed to email
this account. Perhaps an anonymous user is trying to send mail to a
distribution list.
Check SMTP Virtual Server Access Tab. Try checking this box: Allow
computers which successfully authenticate to relay
User may have a manually created email address that does not match a System
Policy.
One question I have to ask is if the error message also contains 550, since
that would indicate the error is coming from your smtp server rather than the
recipient's server.

The reply from system administrator quotes 553 in front of all replies
related to this problem

There's no special character in the user's name, as you would see in O'Brien
or O'Connor for example?
