I just installed Outlook 2007 on a new Vista 64 machine for my kid.
It was set up to sync with her ipod touch to copy all the contacts and
calendar info from the ipod into Outlook which was successful,
BUT.....
Emails can be sent if there's just one recipient but if there's more
than one, the email just sits in the Outbox - no error messages. I
opened one of the emails, right-clicked on email addresses and clicked
properties - the following message appeared:
Cannot perform the requested operation. The command selected is not
valid for this recipient. An invalid ENTRYID was passed in.
When I hit CTRL-SHIFT-I, msg # 300032 appears in the lower right
corner.
If I right-click the email addresses and click Send Options, I get the
message:
Cannot perform the requested operation. The command selected is not
valid for this recipient. To set options for this message, click the
Options tab.
CTRL-SHIFT-I gives msg# 300795.
I ran windows update and installed everything including the Office SP1
update which did not correct the problem. Any suggestions?
