Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Email Client: pop I have been notified from several persons whom I communicate with via email that they have not been able to send me emails. Each time they attempt to correspond an error message is sent to them indicating my server will not accept their incoming emails. Have I inadvertently done something on my end to block their emails? Thanks for any assistance

It is unlikely that Entourage has anything to do with it as it is your
server that is rejecting the messages. However, it might be that you have
reached the email limit on your server (and your Entourage settings could be
to blame for that). Do you have Entourage set to delete mail from the server
or leave it on the server? I had an email system not too long ago that
ignored that setting so I had to periodically access the email in a
different way and delete old messages. You might want to login to your
account through some other means (possibly a Web client) to see if email is
piling up and exceeding your storage limit.

Hi david

I have not deleted any of my mail in quite some time. Thanks for the response and I will try that.
