Embbed Excel file in Word- Formatting

I have a pricing sheet in Excel that is embbeed and linked to a word
document. Currently it fits perfectly on one page. If I add one more row to
the Excel file, how can I have it print that row on the next page?

In Word, an embedded worksheet object cannot span multiple pages.

What you can do is copy the cells in the Excel sheet and, in Word, Paste
Special, as "Formatted Text (RTF)," choosing the "Paste link" option. If you
change the formatting and/or calculations in the Excel file, the linked data
in Word can be updated to reflect the changes.

Thanks

Is there a way to update the Range for the Excel link via Visual Basic? An
example would be if the linked range was Dayrate!R2C2:R35C3 and it needed to
be changed to Dayrate!R2C2:R40C3.

Thanks,

In Word, linked data is inserted as a LINK field. Press Alt+F9 to show/hide
field codes. Then change the range in the field code.
