I want to archive some PowerPoint and Word documents using a FileNet document
management tool. The documents came attached to e-mails which have
important, pertinent information about the documents. I'd like to keep the
doc with the e-mail, so I'd like to "embed" the Outlook message (e-mail) on
the cover (or top) of the document as an icon - allowing me to open it in the
future & read it.
My document management tool can do a full taxt search of documents but not
attachments or embedded objects (which is okay, in the case of e-mail, but
not vice versa). Any ideas on how to keep these together?
