Embed Excel "Save-As Web Page" file into FrontPage

I have a spreadsheet that I would like to publish weekly to my
website. When I choose to "Save As Web Page" in Excel, an HTM file is
created - lets call it Excel.htm. Now, I would like to embed the
Excel.htm file inside one of my existing FrontPage pages which already
has the look, feel, navigation etc of my website. This will simplify
my web updates as all I'll need to do is FTP my latest Excel.htm file
to the webserver and my existing page will "call" it in order to
display it. Soooo, my question is, how do I have my existing webpage
display the embedded Excel.htm file??
