embed (hide) text in a shape in Microsoft VISIO?

I have developed a functional flow chart and want to embed the discussion of
the process at each step within the shape on the flow chart so that when
you click
on it the explanation will open and expand. How do I do this?

I am using Microsoft Visio 14

well the latest version is Visio 11, but in this version you might conisder
inserting a comment (from the tool bar).
