send the ppt file to someone, the file won't play (cuz it's not
embeded).

No, that's not true but you must include the linked mp3 file with the
ppt/pps file or it won't play. I sent a classroom program with mp3 voice
files for each page. I zipped the pps file and the mp3 files into one zip
file. It was too large to email so I sent it via yousendit.com. You can
send files up to1GB using that method. Works fine. Go to yousendit.com...
enter the email address of the recipient... enter your email address...
browse to the zipped file you want and select it.... enter a message
telling the recipient what this is about so he won't delete it.. tell him to
unzip all the files into one folder... and click on send or OK. Wait... it
takes a while to upload it all.
