Embed Text From External File

I would like to be able to have a table in a FP htm page, bring in the
information in a txt file, so that when the text in the txt file is changed,
it changes in the htm page without having to handle the htm page through
FrontPage. Can this be done?

Yes, when using either a IFrames or server-side includes (.shtm(L), if supported by your web host or
server-side script (ASP, ASP.net or PHP)

My sites are on a Linix box. It does support PHP but I do not program. Any
other options or places I can go to find a solution? Thanks.

IFrames are server independent
