Embed Webpage data into form

Hello,

Is there a way to embed a web[age in to a form? I have a site that holds the
majority of the data for a form, and is formatted that you click on the home
page, enter a number into the box and then it spits back the info on that
number, and i want to transfer that functionality into a infopath form and
have it populate the form - is this doable?

Thanks so much in advance!

You can use a Rich Text Box control to embed HTML on an InfoPath form, but I
don't think you'd get the functionality you require. It is best to recreate
the web page in InfoPath instead of trying to embed it in a form.

How exactly would you go about embedding a webpage into a rich text
box in IP? I don't see a direct way of doing such. Thanks,

Thanks for the reply. Can you shed any light on how this would be done?

Correct; there is no direct way. You'd have to write code to do it.

Take a look at the following example where an image is embedded in a Rich
Text Box using code:

Likewise you can add other HTML tags to a RTB.
