Embedded Excel Objects in PowerPoint resize after editing

Since going to Office 2007, we've seen a lot of issues with Excel objects
resizing in PowerPoint once they are edited. Does anyone know of a way to
ensure that this doesn't keep happening. I've got a piece of code that
resets the size, but that's not something everyone can do.
