Embedded EXCEL Worksheet

I am not sure how this happened because this is happening in a coworkers
worksheet. When the worksheet is opened and you try to click on a cell the
cursor turns into a handle and you can't select the cell, and the formula bar
says: =EMBED("Excel.Sheet.8",""). My coworker made some changes before this
started happening so I am hoping someone can help or it will have to be
started over.

You may get better answers by posting the question in a forum or newsgroup
that deals with Excel, rather than here - "here" is a FrontPage newsgroup.
