embedded image files

Please help!
We're running Exchange 2003 w/ Outlook 2003. When we receive emails from our
Lotus Notes users in our organization with anyt type of graphics, in the
contents of the email we get a message that says" Embedded image moved to
file pic#.gif. along with many gif attachments. How can I solve this problem.
