Does this happen to all recipients? Does it happen when you send a message
to yourself? Is the recipients e-mail client set to only receive text
messages? It is usually a function of the receiving e-mail client.
Outlook always shows attachments as attachments. If your senders want to
embed them, then they'll have to embed them and not attach them. It's your
senders' problem, not yours.
The subject line above is the message that I receive from outlook. The
sender did embed the images and outlook made them attachments. Thank you for
your help though.

I suspect you have some kind of add-in. I don't know of any feature in
Outlook that would do what you describe.
