Embedded links

I cannot open any embedded links in Outlook 2007, or Outlook Express. If I
use any other email client I have no problem. It gives me "This operation is
restricted by the administrator" which I am! I've cked everything I know how
to do, I'm now at a total loss. Can anyone help?

What is the exact error message? If you copy that and paste it into http://support.microsoft.com Knowledge Base Library, what does the result tell you?
