Whenever one mail message is embedded in another (e.g., drag a mail message
into the body of another so that it becomes an attachment or a forward from
AOL) you can't open the embedded mail message. Instead you get "The form
required to view this message cannot be displayed". This is happening on
our Windows Server 2003 SP1 Terminal Server for all users. The users are
running Outlook 2003 SP2.
I've only found one article on the web that specifically addresses this
situation, http://blogs.technet.com/kclemson/archive/2004/07/29/200828.aspx,
and trying those steps didn't resolve the situation. Of course, KC did this
on a desktop machine and I'm trying to solve this for a multi-user
environment, so that may be why her steps didn't resolve the situation. Or
it could be that we have a completely different problem.
Anyone else seen and resolved this problem?
Thanks,
Hal
