Embedded object in Task Notes missing icon for Office 03 objects

Can anyone confirm if this is a problem. I THINK it is only when Office 2003
is installed. If I open a Task Information, go to Notes and click on Insert
Object and insert a PowerPoint Presentation, a Word Document, or an Excel
Spreadsheet, I get an empty icon with just the file name (no picture). If I
insert something non-Office, I get the picture. This seems to happen on 2
computers.
