I have created a word document which contains tables from an excel document. These have been copied and then pasted into word using paste special then paste link microsoft Excel Worksheet Object. The document looks perfectly fine when looking at the print preview but when printing a hard copy the smaller tables are printed ok but the larger ones have become unreadable (small text or text is big an some of the other text has went missin) and some cases not there at all.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?U3RlcGhlbiBC?=,
I have created a word document which contains tables from an excel document.
These have been copied and then pasted into word using paste special then paste
link microsoft Excel Worksheet Object. The document looks perfectly fine when
looking at the print preview but when printing a hard copy the smaller tables are
printed ok but the larger ones have become unreadable (small text or text is big
an some of the other text has went missin) and some cases not there at all.Since you haven't mentioned the version of Word involved, it's not possible to do
more htan give you a standard response: Try upgrading your printer driver.
