Embedded Objects not seen in Outlook 2003

Hi,
One of our users can no longer see embedded objects in Outlook.

If she clicks on forward, she can see the object.

If she sends herself a message with an embedded object, she
can see it.

No one else on our network is having this problem.

What should I look for to be the culprit?
