Embedded .pdf files-problem saving changes. (Bluebeam Revu issue)

hi,
I'm starting to use the Onenote embedded file feature but I'm running into
problems. Everyone on the various forums says that if you want to make
changes to the embedded file to open it make the changes and save it. This
wasn't working for me so I ran tests and discovered that it is working on
Excel and Word docs but not on pdf files. I'm using Bluebeam's Revu as my
pdf default program.

What happens is if I embed the pdf then open it from within Onenote Revu
launches and I can edit it but if I try to "save" the file it always brings
up the save where, etc. dialog box. "Save As" acts the same way.

Has anyone else run into this problem and know a fix (other than
re-embedding the file). Would it be ok to save the file to the onenote temp
directory where I've seen the file? i.e. .....AppData\local\temp\Onenote

thanks,
pk
