embedded sheets in word

Have a problem. Many embedded sheets have I Word in. Now I need export these
back to the Excel on each sheet in the book (Sheet 1, Sheet 2 ... etc.) How
to solve the problem with VBA? Would be pleased eor any comments.

You need to control Excel from Word. Here's a good place to start:

From there, you should try the Excel VBA forum for ideas how to place data
in separate sheets.
