embedded sound withn email message

hello all,

i rec'd an email and when i opened it up it souded like a person was inside
my moniter and knocking on the glass. How do i add sound like this to an
email? when i tried sending embedded sound, it did not work because the
recipient does not have the sound file on their computer.
