Embedded sound

Greetings from Downunder
I frequently get presentations from my colleagues with music embedded in
them.
What do I need to do to find out the title, duration, and all other details
related to that sound file?
Using XP Pro + SP2 and Office 2003.
All help always appreciated.

File > Save as > Web pege

or convert it to video or flash
