Embedded Spreadsheet Tables

I work for a small major corporation and a few of us have discovered OneNote.
I would like to replace an old project status spreadsheet with a Notebook,
but I need to be able to embed a spreadsheet with some simple calculations
(days & dates) into a Note. I was really hoping I'd be able to do that in
ON'07. I don't need the table to be linked back to the original, but I do
need to be able to recalulate the dates once it's in the Note. Anybody?
Bueller?

ON for sure is a great tool.
But it's not a substitute for a spreadsheet application.
Tables in ON are just a *visual* tool. They can not be used for
calculations.

Although meanwhile a PowerToy is available which is able to create sums
for columns I seriously doubt that this would be sufficient for your
project.

The only thing you might do would be to still use your spreadsheet
program and put a link to the files in ON or embed them there. You could
then access the tables and update them. But you would not see them
inside IN.
