embedding a captivate swf file into Microsoft word

hi

wonder if some one can help me, i have managed with the help off this
forum to embed a swf file from adobe captivate into word which works
find.

however, when i save and close the document and reopen it, it is still
in design mode and have to exit it before i works. does anyone know of
anyway to over come this so it runs independently from first opening

also is there an option in word to create a play, stop, pause button
or another programme they come be imported into to control the movie
clips??

any help would be gratefully received
