embedding a non-music file to a ppt.

Is there a way to embed a non-music file into a ppt?

I am looking to attach multiple files to a powerpoint presentation without
linking it to a file somewhere else. Basically creating a powerpoint that
contains the attached files. Then users can click on the icon to access the
file or save it to their computer.


I have had a lot of trouble finding any information on this. Any help is
greatly appreciated.
