Embedding a Word doc in an Access form field

Briefly, it's like this.

I want a different Word doc to be embedded in every
record of a table and then appear in a form based on that
table. A new Word doc needs to be created when I create a
new record in the table. I want to be able to stick some
text at the end of that doc by VBasic and then hand over
to the person using the form to put in some of their text
in afterwards. Then save the doc when departing the
record in the form.
I have read some stuff by MS and elsewhere and it is not
obvious. Where can I find some simple worked examples of
doing this sort of thing?
