Embedding an e-mail address in Word document.

I have a fill-in type form made using Word 2007 that I want to add a button
to send the completed form to an e-mail address. Can anyone help me?

Insert a Hyperlink to the e-mail address e.g.

{ HYPERLINK mailto:yourname%40yourISP.com?subject=Returned%20Form }

%40 = @
%20 = 'space'

with a suitable display text e.g. "CTRL+Click Here to return the form"
