Embedding Excel graphs in PowerPoint

R

Ron Crocker

In PPT on win2K, when I embed an Excel worksheet (typically to use it as a
better table), I can resize the number of rows and columns seen by selecting
in PPT and resizing using the handles - it snaps to the next/previous
column/row depending on direction. I don't seem to be able to do the same
thing in PPT2004. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong (... and using PPT on
the Mac is not it :) )

Thanks!

Hi Ron,

Sorry to rain on the parade, but that is the expected behavior for embedded
Excel workbooks in Mac PowerPoint.

In order for embedding to work the way it does in Windows MacBU will have to
work on the OLE model for Mac Office.

The best I can offer to you is the request that you create a feature
suggestion and send it to Microsoft using the feedback option on
PowerPoint's help menu.
