Embedding Fonts

Can someone tell me:

The path to a dialogue box in the latest version of Word
for Mac that will allow me to embed the fonts in a
document - so that I can send it to someone who doesn't
have a given font in the document, and this font will be
retained when they open the doc?

Thanks in advance for this info.

Unfortunately, MacWord does not support embedding fonts. You should
either use a font that is common to Word installations, or send a
PDF.
