Embedding images to Mailitem on custom form

First of all thanks to Sue Mosher for the fabulous code for embedding
images.
It works for OL2k, OLXP and OL2003.
Now I have problem that when u send these images to Outlook Express
client
it wont get displayed. Please HELP.
