Embedding Picture in Document 2nd Request

How can I embed a picture in a document or email? I created a logo for my
company. I set it up to move into new emails. However, it is not static. Is
there a way to change properties so that it cannot be moved once it is placed
in the email or document? Thank you.

Hi Franie,

You may want to consider a page publishing format such as PDF. Graphics in HTML email can, at the discretion of the person/company
receiving the email be turned off, moved or removed, and how your email looks can also depend on what email product the receiving
party is using and the size of the 'window' they use to view the email.

In newer versions of Word you can restrict some of the editing capabilities within the document, but there's no guarantee that the
person you're sending it to will always have the same version. Word is text reflow software, rather than page layout.

Hi Bob,
Thanks for responding. I have MS Office 2007. How would I use restrict
graphics editing capabilities? What happens if I have used the format and
have to send a document as 97-2003 version?
