Embedding sound in email Outlook 2007

I have read many posts that say this feature has been disabled for some time.
Is there a workaround or any suggestion for sending an email which will play
sound when it is opened

That tip works with OUtlook 2003. I don't believe there's any way to work
around it in Outlook 2007.
