Embedding Visio 2003 file is not working properly anymore?

Running 2003, when a visio file is embed into a VB form (OLE control), the embeded visio drawing window cannot be zoomed, the OLE window cannot be resized, and some of my custom short-cut menus are not working properly either. These were all working FINE with visio 2002. What is going on with Visio 2003? Do I have to force my users to use Visio 2002?

If you copy a drawing page (some shapes) in VISIO 2003
and paste it onto a Word document, and you double click
the Embeded picture so that Visio is activated inside
Word. Now I cannot change the zoom level! This was
perfectly OK with Visio 2002. Is this feature taken away
or I can get it back somehow? I need it definitely!
