embedding wav files

Can some point me i the write direction on how to embed wav files in a web
page. i would the user to click on a button or link and have the wav file
played on an embedded media player.

How do I tell media player which wave file to play when the putton and/or
link is clicked?

Import the wav file into fp, then create a hyperlink button to that...that's
it. Whatever player the viewer has set as their player will open & play it.
