Embedding .wma files into Powerpoint

If you click INSERT, one of the choices is Movies and
Videos. Then select the .wma file which is on your hard
drive (assuming you saved it.)

I believe this is how I did my embedding recently... but
after a month, I have forgotten. I definitely am viewing
a .wma file within a slide.
