emergency wrong menu

I have been working on a site planning to change over from frames to shared
boarders. I want a menu that is a mouse over.

Suddenly without warning my menu appears on my main site and the pages I go
to from there.

The main site is www.instrulab.com I want to work on
www.instrulab.com/newhome.html I thought I would put the menu generated by
AllWebMenus and when I got the appearance approved I would get rid of my old
index.html and change newhome.html to index.html

Now in the mean time how do I get rid of the unwanted menu when I go to
linstrulab.com?

I fixed it by deleting the menu files
