emf graphic doesn't display properly on differnt machines

I've converted some company logos to .emf files for my client to insert into
their Word docs. They tell me the type in the logos on their PCs appears
jaggedy. On several of my PCs, the type is crisp and sharp, even when
enlarged in Word. Supposedly my PCs and their PCs are running XP, Word 2003,
and the screen res are set the same.
I sent them a sample Word doc with logos inserted created on my PC, type
looked great, printed great. My file on their machine, type was jaggedy, but
printed fine. I also created PDFs from the Word doc, and type looked great,
even enlarged up to 1500% in Acrobat. Apparently the PDF looks fine on their
PC as well.
SO just a goofy thing happening in their Word? Anyone have any ideas.
Thanks

Hi Greg,

Are the fonts that you used Truetype fonts in creating the logo and are those same fonts available on both computers?

Bob - no fonts are used. They were all converted to paths in Illustrator on
PC, and then the logos were saved as JPGs, Tiffs and EMFs versions.

Hi Greg,

Can you zip and email me a set of the graphics you've created to look through ?
(You can 'decode' the email address from the reply details :) )
