Emphasizing a limit in a bar chart with something like bolding a line?

Tis must be a pretty common need. I have a bunch of data that i
supposed to be less than 6, expressed in a bar chart. Is there any wa
to bold the grid line for 6? My current solution is pretty primitive
to add text arrows next to the chart
