employee records in access

hi!
i am making an employee record database. i plan to
design it so it will have the name, address, age,
qualifications and a picture of them. i have done the
details fields no problems....i have tried to insert their
pictures and have had problems . i want it to display
their pics on their records. when i change from record
one to record two i still get the picture of record one.
how do i fix this? any help would be so nice

Although you can insert a graphic into an OLE Object field, Access does not
do this very well. The database quickly bloats to an unacceptable level.

A simple alternative is to use a Hyperlink field you can click on to see the
picture.
