Employee Timecard Template

I have Excel 2002 and the employee timecard template download is Excel 2007.
Is there any way I can get this template to work on my system ?
PLease advise.

I converted the employee timecard template and timecard posted them in a zip
file at this link...
The Employee Timecard has a significant loss of functionality when
converting to the 97-2003 format and you may not find useable ...I Don't
know exactly the functionality it loses as I didn't try to use the template
.....
