Employee Training Agreement

I need to draft an agreement for my staff who went for training, for example
to bond them in short period of time with the employment after the training.
I wish to have a few templates for reference.

What you are looking for is suggested wording for your agreement, not
necessarily a template, which is a formatting guide.

I would suggest you do some research of various policy manuals for the info
you need.
