Hello! I've got an issue I can't figure out, and am seeking any
advice/suggestions you all might have.
We run Windows XP Pro workstations with Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003
Server on Windows 2003 Small Business Server. Everything seems to be
ok, except one of our employees has an ongoing problem. Whenever she
empties her "Deleted Items" folder in Outlook, all of the deleted
messages immediately go to another employee's Inbox! (It's always the
same employee ... a co-worker who uses a computer that's one room over
from her.)
I didn't think there were any options that would control forwarding of
deleted messages when they're emptied - so we checked her machine for
viruses and spyware. Nothing was found.
Do I need to resort to deleting her entire mailbox and re-creating her
a new one from scratch to resolve this?
Thanks!
