Hi,

I have spreadsheets with a LOT of empty cells on the
bottom. When I go to print I get a lot of empty pages with
just the heading. How do I permanently delete these
cells? Can anyone help?

Hi Dave,
This is caused by inserting rows and deleting rows, Excel fails
to readjust the used range. .

You can see where Excel thinks your last cell is with
Ctrl+End

If you have a cell that you want to make the lastcell you can select
it and run the MakeLastCell macro
http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/lastcell.htm#makelastcell

watch that you do not have hidden formula in remote area.

If not familiar with installing / using macros see getstarted.htm

With the delete key.
But the mouse in the row heading of the row under the last real row of the
workbook.
Scroll down to row 64000 and hit Delete.
Somewhere there is a cell with blank text that must be removed.
